Summary

Our client is the Owners Engineer for the construction of an 800MWW CCGT located an the existing coal fired power stated located in Cardiff. The requirement is for a senior site engineer to lead the site during the construction and commissioning of the plant.

The assignment to commence in April 2008

Job description:

Senior representative on site, responsible for management of the site construction team including the mechanical, electrical, C&I and commissioning engineer

Reporting on site to the employers Representative and Project Manager based in the office.

Candidate specification:

Essential academic, professional qualifications and experience:

Degree/Chartered Engineer

Essential competencies/skills:

Extensive site construction management experience relating to CCGT's as site RE or equivalent
