Summary

The applicant will join the Performance & Analysis team as a Safety Engineer performing Thermal Hydraulics Modeling on Advanced Gas-cooled Reactor Systems

Key Responsibilities

The role will include supervision and technical guidance of junior engineers. Modeling of AGR systems for thermal hydraulics, heat transfer, thermodynamics and fluid flow both turbulent and laminar using British Energy Codes MACE/Sheeptran.

Essential Qualifications

First Degree in Engineering with Physics elements.

Experience Required

As well as significant thermal hydraulics experience the candidate should have demonstrated ability to produce high quality technical documentation to strict QA standards.
