Summary

The primary objective of the contract is to produce a mature Safety Analysis report for the PBMR Demostration Unit.

Key Responsibilities:

Guide the compilation of the SAR Chapters using specific area of expertise.
Support the writing of the specific SAR Chapters.
Ensure knowledge transfer regarding the SAR in General and Specific Chapters according to area of expertise to the Client.

Essential Qualifications:

Engineering or Science Degree

Desirable Qualifications:

MEng/MSc.Eng/PhD
>15 years Experience
PrEng, CEng

Experience Required:

Main:

SAR compilation and writing experience
- Licensing Experience
- Nuclear Codes and Standards Experience

Supporting:

Specific technical experience according to the specific SAR Chapters

- Criticality + Radiological Risk Analysis
- Corporate Safety, Environmental, Quality and Health  
  Safety Analysis Experience
- Knowledge of Nuclear Codes and Standards
- Fire Safety
- Reactor + Fuel Specialists
- Pressure Boundary and Containment Performance
- Instrumentation and Control Specialists
- Knowledge of nuclear electrical, auxillary and power systems.
- Human Factors Engineering
- Plant Operations
- Knowledge of TEC Specifications
