Project Manager within Defence Industry
Key Responsibilities:
Bid management including tasking, scope generation and costing. Project control, cost tracking (EVA) and reporting. Risk management. Achieving targeted profit levels through close technical and financial control. Invoicing and cash collection. Project close-out, feedback and lessons learnt if necessary. Project record keeping and archiving.
Essential Qualifications:
Member of the Association for Project Management
Desirable Qualifications:
Member of the IMechE or similar. Educated to degree level in Mechanical Engineering or similar; or equivalent industry experience.
Experience Required:
Project Manager with experience in all aspects of project management and a proven track record in the delivery of projects. Good communication and organisational skills are essential. Defence industry knowledge working with various clients. Knowledge/experience of MS Project.
