Reporting to the Business Unit Director, the Operations Managers will be accountable for the delivery of areas of the business in excess of £4million and be responsible for project teams of up to 50 staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring projects are managed to meet or exceed profit targets and to meet client expectations. Ensuring that financial and non-financial targets are met. Maintaining and developing the relationships with the client. Pro-actively marketing the services of our clients company and winning work. Ensuring staff receive appropriate training and development to ensure business needs are met and that individuals meet their personal aspirations wherever possible. Developing excellent team working relationships with the existing managers.
Essential Qualifications:
Ideally degree qualified and member of professional institute, however previous experience and background more relevant.
Experience Required For This Role:
Candidates are required to possess a broad based background, well developed commercial and business development skills along with experience in managing team of people.
