Summary

Manage the prospect and tenders support group This role has potential for the right candidate to reach Team Leader level.

Key Responsibilities:

Improve the quality of Expressions of interest, pre-qualification documents and Tenders produced for NCU Provide up to date boilerplate and templates for all NCU bids Manage project profiles and capability statements for NCU Provide administrative management for all NCU bids Report status of all prospects and tenders – including improvement statistics Reduce cost of producing tenders Provide training, advice and guidance to all NCU bid managers Manage a number of the large or strategic NCU bids

Essential Qualifications:

Proven ability to manage people Ability to communicate at senior level internally & externally Financial / numerical and project planning skills Time management Ability to tactically organise and structure activities Experienced in tenders production Strong verbal and written skills

Desirable Qualifications:

Ability to pay persistent attention to detail, while maintaining an overall strategic view of the operation IT Experience in web software as well as basic Office software

Experience Required:

Proven record in production of tenders in the engineering and or consultancy market Experience in document publications Experience of business and or project planning Experience in managing a team Appropriate educational/training qualifications to graduate level, supplemented by some practical experience
