Cooperation in the definition of the requirements for Nuclear Power Plant sea cooling water structures, within the civil work Section in charge of such activities. Secondment in France is expected to be for 22 months.
Key Responsibilities
This engineer will contribute for the following activities : - Definition of the functional requirements for sea cooling water structures; - Checking of hypothesis and calculations performed by design companies; - Relationships with the supplier for the surveillance of the detailed design
Essential Qualifications
Knowledge of :
• French language
• Hydraulic & marine engineering : sediment transport, wave simulation, coastal environmental conditions, thermal marine dispersion;
• Fundamentals of PWR nuclear power plants;
• Numerical modeling
Desirable Qualifications
Master or Master-equivalent degree in Engineering (Hydraulic)
Experience Required
Experience as engineer in a project or in an engineering department in charge of hydraulic and marine studies; Experience of work in multi-national teams
