There are many ways that Motiv Recruitment can bring its experience of the marketplace into your business here are a selection of the services we can offer:

Planned Sourcing

Motiv agree with you on a project start and project end date based around an very detailed job and person description. This project commences on the basis that we shall work on your behalf in your chosen marketplace but will not charge unless we fill the position.

Interim Placement

Sourcing and payrolling of a wide range of professional and managerial candidates. This is based around firmly agreed minimum contract lengths and a real desire on Motiv Recruitment's behalf to ensure full time placements where possible. Our intention is to make this transfer as cost effective as it can be.

Response/Volume Recruitment

Perhaps seen as a more traditional recruitment approach. When our clients have tried all possible channels or have been surprised by the suddeness of a vacancy we will confidentially and quickly turn round candidates. Motiv Recruitment do not, however, source candidates who are not the correct match for the position.

Candidate Management

Motiv look to long term partnerships. To this end all of the senarios above can be resolved in a much more timely and effective way if you allow Motiv to source your candidates in the background and prepare contingencies, build your reputation, identify talent and look to really support your vision of your business.

Cost

Our pricing is about retention, therefore our fees are flexible in their structure and built around a changing market.
